Restaurant Noi Tre is located on Drottninggatan in the center of Linköping, a stone’s throw from the beautiful Garden Society. Just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, you’ll be plunged straight into Italian cuisine. Noi Tre was created by three friends who are passionate about the art of food and quality service.

  • We draw inspiration from the Italian and the Scandinavian cuisine and serve delicious fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas and other tasty treats. “The food is prepared with care, playfulness and without fuss,” shares Malek Touma, one of the three friends and founders of the restaurant.

At Noi Tre, you can come as you are to eat, drink and have a good time. Once in the restaurant, you can easily order through the Noi Tre app. Or you can order takeout from your living room or desk chair at work. Just as easy as can be.

The friends at Noi Tre are enthusiastic about delicious food and live life to the fullest with care and simplicity as their guiding principles. They commit to keeping their customers’ journey uncomplicated and to enabling their staff to be present for their customers. That’s why the choice fell on PubQ to provide an app, as well as a table booking and checkout system. Since its launch in 2020, PubQ has delivered a white label solution where the three friends can autonomously post images and add or remove items from their menu. This enables them to quickly expand their menu or modify it in response to the arrival of new produce within a short space of time.

The app helps us reach out to our customers in an easier way

– The best thing about the app that we have developed is that we can reach our customers remotely, says Malek. We have a small venue with limited seating, but the app allows our customers to drop by after work and pick up their pre-ordered food. We also use push notifications to send out offers and reminders on special days. All this in order to reach customers who otherwise might not have been able to get a spot in our venue.

“The very best is when people come in and order takeout but show up earlier for a refreshing beer to enjoy while waiting at the bar or by the pizza spot. That way we can get to know our customers in depth and share more about our pizzas and our craftsmanship.”

Withour app and all its ancillary features such as checkout and table reservations, Noi Tre saves time otherwise spent on phone orders and bookings. They have no customers waiting in line and can instead greet all walk-in customers with a wide smile and open arms. A win-win situation for customers and staff alike.
