PubQ, 559057-4843 (hereinafter the “Company” or “We”) is responsible for all personal data processed by us. Security is very important to us. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with this policy. Your personal details are processed according to your consent. By accepting this policy, you consent to your personal data being processed as described below.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how the Company processes, holds, stores, manages, protects and shares information about you through PubQ’s mobile applications that can be downloaded from app distribution services for use on mobile devices (the “Application”). Scope

This Privacy Policy is only applicable to data collected by the Company through the Application, and a number of associated websites made available through the Application or online. This policy is not applicable to data collected by the Company offline or by other means. The Application may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by the Company. Therefore, we would like to inform you that the Company is not responsible for any process and processing of personal data on such pages. We therefore urge you to be mindful when leaving the Application and encourage you to read the privacy policies which are provided on the applicable page collecting personal data.

Information we collect about you

Data that you provide to us, such as when creating or updating your account, signing up to use the Application, requesting services from us, requesting information from us, contacting our customer service or otherwise communicating with us. The data may include your name, home and delivery address(es), email address, mobile phone number, date of birth and gender.

Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics, two web analytics tools provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to collect specific information regarding your browsing on our website, www.pubq.se. This data may include: details relating to your website browsing, location info, pages you visit and information about your mobile device and internet connection, including IP address, operating system and browser.

Cookies

We use cookies and other technologies to collect and store specific pieces of information as you interact with our Application through your mobile device. According to the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (2003:389), anyone who visits a website or application that uses cookies must be informed about them and knowingly consent to their use. Location data

Other data collection technologies

The Application may also collect data through Firebase Analytics, a mobile analytics application, for the purpose of logging computer crashes and other non-fatalities that may occur while using the Application. The data collected may include information about your activity at the time of the crash or error code and what searches you made while using the application. This data is not tied to your PubQ account, rather it helps us improve the Application.

Consent to use and possibility to decline cookies

By using the Application, you consent to the use of cookies as described above. It is possible to decline cookies by deleting cookies from your hard drive at any time. Deleting cookies may cause your personal settings to be removed. You can also adjust your browser settings to prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive. This may impair the functionality of some web pages and may result in a number of functions and services in the Application not ceasing to operate. If your browser supports a so-called “incognito mode”, you can activate it to automatically delete all cookies every time you close your browser.

No data of children under the age of 18

Our Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 may submit any data in the Application. We do not deliberately collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not use or input any kind of information in the Application. In the event that we become aware of having collected or received information from a child under the age of 18 without the permission of a parent or guardian, we will delete such information. We process your personal data for the following purposes

To provide devices, services and information. We collect your data to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, to provide you with the devices and services you request when using the Application, and to provide you with the information you request from us. For this purpose, We use your data to contact you regarding your orders and to send you your ordered devices. We may send you newsletters, information about devices and services, new offers and/or other promotional content. We may also use your data to submit surveys aimed at understanding the needs of our users.

Advertising. We do not use your activity log on the Application to show you ads pertaining to PubQ or any third party. We are not part of any advertising networks that take advantage of your browsing history on other websites in order to serve interest-based ads, and we do not use any cookie technology specifically designed to track you after you quit the Application.
Your consent. Subject to your consent, We may disclose data to other companies, organizations or individuals external to the Company. Should you wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so at any time by notifying us. In this case, no further processing of your personal data will take place.

Who we share your information with

To fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, your data may be logged, stored (archived), used, and transferred to third-party providers as outlined below.

Third-party providers We may provide information to authorized third-party service providers so that they can operate the servers used for the Application, process orders, order and deliver goods, and provide you with requested services. We may share your information with third-party service providers for the purpose of providing support, e.g. by telephone. These service providers will have access to your data for the purpose of providing you with the requested services. As they access your data, we apply reasonable contractual and technical safeguards to limit the providers’ use of the data they access in order to help us provide our service.

Transfer in case of sale or change in control. Should the ownership of our business change or should We otherwise transfer assets related to our business or the Application to a new owner, We may transfer user data to the new owner if the purpose of the collected data is the same as that of the new owner, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. You will be notified of a new data controller in the event that a new owner takes over your personal data. In case of a change of ownership, this Privacy Policy will apply to your data unless you agree to a new Privacy Policy.

You can opt-out of marketing via the Application by making use of the feature to opt-out or deactivate emails. You may terminate your account by contacting us by email or phone by using the contact details below in section 9 and requesting that We terminate your account. If you terminate your account, We will no longer use your data nor will we share it with third parties. You have the right to request access to your personal data and to obtain information, inter alia, about what personal data is stored by us, the purposes of the processing of such personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom such personal data has been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period or the criteria for determining the period for which such personal data will be stored. How long we process your data

Your personal data is kept only as long as there is a need to keep it in order to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

SECURITY of YOUR INFORMATION

We use industry-standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect your privacy and security. As the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, We cannot guarantee the security of any information you submit to us. A guarantee cannot be given that information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breaching any of our physical or technical safeguards. Protecting your login information is your responsibility.

CHANGES TO OUR Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is subject to change without notice. We will not compromise your rights under this Privacy Policy without your consent or change them in violation of applicable law. We will notify any changes to the personal data policy on our website www.pubq.se. In case of significant changes, we will inform you with dedicated communication. We will also store previous versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for the purpose of allowing you to review them. Your continued use of the Application after changes have been made by us is deemed to constitute acceptance of those changes.
